We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to increase the business profit and sales. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through increasing clientele which would in turn increase sales and building strong sustainable relationships with clients. The ideal candidate would also be required to develop and implement an effective and viable organization Strategy
Key Responsibilities
· Direct and oversee the activities of the Business Development Department, aiming at identifying, analyzing, and recommending specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of the business
Meets and exceed departmental monthly targets.
Ensure proper documentation of clients are updated and accurate
Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Build referral and lead generation network.
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects and close sales
