    Business Development Manager

    • The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
    • They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying opportunities for company's UAE and Saudi region
    • Arranging to prepare a technically compliant Bid.
    • Understanding price levels & competition
    • Devising a suitable pricing strategy
    • Ensuring submission of a winning Bid
    • Preparing suitable tools for managing data base
    • Generating MIS and SOPs for Tendering business
    • Making final Price Schedules and providing the same for discussions with Senior Management
    • Must have demographical knowledge and Business development experience in French speaking African countries

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech
    • Experience of EPC – Substation, Distribution line and Transmission line and Meters.
    • Knowledge/Experience of SAP PS, MS Project, MS Office.
    • Good command over oral and written communications.
    • Electrical EPC & Utility
    • Ability to read and write in French in a must, fluency will be an added advantage.

    Experience :

    • 7 - 10 Years.
