Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans to drive growth, and managing contracts.
• Daily tasks include market research, identifying new business opportunities, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the technical and project teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in market research and business strategy development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the security engineering or information technology industry is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
