    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • Intelligent Innovations Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who is results-driven and relationship-oriented to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships, and driving business growth across our solution offerings. 
    • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in client-facing roles, enjoys door-to-door engagement, and has a passion for helping organizations leverage technology to achieve their goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and target potential clients across various industries.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Promote and sell the company’s offerings including: Custom Software Development, Talent Outsourcing Services, Edutech Solutions and other tailored digital and tech-based solutions.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Engage in physical visits and door-to-door outreach to meet prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client communications.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
    • 3+ years proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the tech or consulting space.
    • Strong collaborative and organizational skills.
    • Ability to understand and discuss technical solutions with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
    • A strong network or ability to build one quickly is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholderss.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with a focus on achieving goals and fostering professional development.
