Business Development Manager at Insigna Media

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Perform marketing research to identify new businesses
• Engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities.
• Develop action plans to ensure revenue growth
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the organization’s product and services
• Create new strategies for managing the existing business plans.
• Review marketing and sales performance against set targets periodically
• Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship.
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients, business partners.
• Perform duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years prior industry-related business development or sales experience
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Strong customer service and skills for generating leads
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
• Excellent marketing, project and management skill
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Good IT skills.

Salary

• N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
