    Business Development Manager (ICT & Cybersecurity)

    The Role

    • We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth.
      You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with enterprise clients (particularly in the banking and corporate sectors), and managing the end-to-end sales process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new enterprise clients through networking, research, and cold outreach.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Manage and strengthen relationships with our OEM partners (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, etc.).
    • Proposal Management: Lead the development of winning technical and commercial proposals, including responding to RFPs and Tenders.
    • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and long-term satisfaction.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position Digitspot as a market leader.
    • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling of our service portfolio.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the ICT/Technology industry.
    • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Network: Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, particularly in the financial or public sectors.
    • Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and IT service management is a major plus.
