Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business development team to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, with at least 1years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must belong to social Groups, Clubs and or Associations.
