Business Development Manager at Events Architects Ltd.

Events Architects Ltd is a creative-led, design, production and experience-driven events + brand activation agency based in Nigeria. We help companies communicate, motivate, engage and express their brand personality. We also create stunning engaging Corporate, Brand and Entertainment events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, networking events and more.
• Track marketing performance against approved plan and provide reports on marketing activities; recommend modifications to improve performance when necessary.  
• Provide direction and execution of all marketing, Public Relations and Communications activities to attain sales objectives.
• Handle queries & objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 
• Development, implementation, and execution of multiple-touchpoint marketing initiatives for new launches and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance department to create the marketing and promotional budget.
• Translates business objectives into actionable marketing tactics which include but are not limited to branding, B2B and B2C marketing, social media, digital marketing, market research/analysis, data analysis, media planning and media buying.
• Reviews both online and business analytics; prepares report for discussion with CVO.
• Any other duties assigned by HOD as per need.

Requirements

• Must reside in Lagos.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management or any other related discipline.
• Professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a marketing management positions.
• Experience working collaboratively in decision-making processes with senior business executives.
• Must possess intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.
• Ability to communicate complex issues logically with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
