    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven, verifiable track record of closing deals across multiple industries. This role is strictly results-driven and suited for professionals who can deliver quickly. If you’ve spent years selling, negotiating, and closing—and you know how to hit the ground running—this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across all company product lines
    • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
    • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct sales
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align products with client needs
    • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports

    Onboarding & Expectations

    • 1-week structured onboarding
    • Post-onboarding, you are expected to actively generate leads and close deals
    • Performance will be measured against clear revenue and activity KPIs

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business development or sales
    • Proven and verifiable deal-closing track record (this is non-negotiable)
    • Experience selling products/services across different industries
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
    • Highly self-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable with accountability
    • Ability to start producing results with minimal ramp-up

    Who This Role Is For

    • This is not an entry-level or learning role. We are hiring a closer—someone who has done this before and can prove it.
