    Business Development Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead business growth, driving loan portfolio expansion and deposit mobilization
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, HNIs, institutions, private and public-sector clients
    • Lead and manage business development and relationship teams
    • Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products
    • To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management on product improvements or new market trends in the microfinance sector
