Business Development Manager (BSE) at PPC Limited

Key Responsibilities / Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, and industrial building projects
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and developers
• Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals
• Track project pipelines and maintain CRM records
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Experience: 7 years Business development working experience in MEP of which at least 5 years in Managers position.

Key Competencies:
Technical:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction or engineering industry
• Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with MEP consultants or contractors
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Passion for sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.
