    Business Development Manager

    • As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly resourceful Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition, onboarding, and training while establishing key partnerships that will accelerate Boothark’s growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    User Acquisition & Partnerships

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive user acquisition.
    • Identify, initiate, and close partnerships with trade organizations, unions, professional bodies, workforce-related agencies, religious organizations, and other membership-based groups.
    • Build relationships with key decision-makers to create long-term partnerships that drive continuous user sign-ups.
    • Research and identify new opportunities to increase the platform’s user base and market penetration.

    User Onboarding & Engagement

    • Develop and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure new users have a seamless experience on Boothark.
    • Design and implement creative strategies to onboard users from established partnerships, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on how to effectively use the app for their needs.
    • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create onboarding materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs.

    Market Expansion & Growth Strategies

    • Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify areas for expansion and improvement.
    • Develop innovative approaches to penetrate new industries and user demographics.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to specific user groups and organizations.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine acquisition and onboarding strategies.

    Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Act as the primary liaison between Boothark and partnered organizations, ensuring smooth collaboration and long-term engagement.
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and sustained user growth.
    • Represent Boothark at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract potential partners.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring users and closing strategic partnerships.
    • Strong networking and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent presentation and training skills, with the ability to educate and onboard new users effectively.
    • Experience in developing and executing growth strategies within a tech or marketplace environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform business decisions.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects from start to finish.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
