To conduct on a regular basis, clients' service survey to get feedback from clients, most especially as it relates to their expectation of our service.
Work cooperatively with the various client units to implement business development initiatives for prospective clients' understanding of services and for lead generation. Generation of New Businesses:
Liaising with clients and prospective customers with a view of promoting and brokering new businesses for the Company.
Identification of business opportunities.
Keep current and accurate information on all prospects using the new lead reports.
Generate goodwill for the organization and its Management among clients, people pertinent to the business and the society at large, by demonstrating a strong commitment to client service and service excellence for increase patronage and good public perception.
Devise strategies for the generation of business information that can aid the company's growth plan.
Teaming âTo work as a team with service units and technical team for the continuous strategy of meeting market needs and developing business opportunities
Leading â Champion the launching of initiatives and drive for new products and services
A continuous buildup of networks, connections, and leads including conferences, meetings, seminars and workshops.
Implement business relationships and partnerships through direct meetings with customers and industry personnel.
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Manage strategic alliances & partnerships by securing corporate/ business relationships through effective client management & analyzing joint ventures/partners to identify & ensure best suited options for the business
Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
Planning and preparing presentations
Overseeing the development of marketing literature
Creating sales pitches
Preparing sales contracts, while following company rules and guidelines
Liaison with client at all stages of the bidding process; qualification, pre bid meeting, post tender submission & finalization of contract
Update the Senior Management team on the outcome of the meeting with the bidder/ client on a particular project, status relating to bid submission & any other information gathered during the meeting
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission of pre-qualification document
