Business Development Manager - Akwa Ibom at BOGO Beverages

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans covering Akwa Ibom
• Drive market expansion by onboarding and managing distributors and wholesalers across the territories
• Own and manage the Business Development Area (BDA) P&L for all three locations
• Embed a strong performance management culture within the sales team
• Oversee credit risk management and ensure compliance with company policies
• Champion flawless intrade execution across all channels
• Manage and safeguard trade assets within the assigned BDAs
• Strengthening customer relationships, including inventory management, profitability, and van sales coaching
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently deliver on targets

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the Wine & Spirits industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple territories
• Strong capability to position and differentiate products in competitive markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment
• Must reside in Akwa Ibom
