    Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • As we expand our client base and service offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and results - driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
    • The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by actively sourcing new clients and following up on submitted proposals. 
    • This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building meaningful business relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant sectors
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
    • Follow up on submitted proposals to ensure timely feedback and closure
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and project objectives
    • Track and report progress on business development activities and outcomes

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple proposals and client engagements simultaneously
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach
    • Experience in consulting or a related professional services industry is an advantage.
