    Business Development Manager (Africa)

    A well-known forex broker regulated by the IFSC (Belize) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our multinational Affiliates department. The successful candidate must possess 3+ years of proven experience in business development and partnership management within the forex industry. This is 100% remote work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Development of the following target markets: Africa – mainly, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Cameroon, Uganda, etc. via recruiting of new IBs and local influencers;
    • Identifying new opportunities, tuning value proposition and implementing new business development strategies and tactics;
    • Management of development pipeline in target regions/countries;
    • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts and colleagues from other departments through open and interactive communication;
    • Monitoring of global and local industry trends to generate valuable insights and strategies;
    • Regular planning and reporting (during first months of co-operation biweekly plans are very welcomed).

    Requirements:

    • Excellent networking and persuasive skills (English is a must, other languages will be considered an advantage);
    • Result driven;
    • Previous experience in sales or business development in forex industry (at least 2 years);
    • Knowledgeable about crypto and current industry trends;
    • Regular reporting (reports to the Head of Affiliates);
    • Ability to travel and readiness to negotiate with potentials in person, despite of COVID restrictions;
    • Experience as a forex trainer, or experience in developing marketing funnels in close co-operation with marketing department colleagues will be considered a significant advantage.
