    Business Development Manager

    We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to oversee and coordinate our Sales and Marketing operations. This role requires a business-minded professional who can align market opportunities with company goals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead digital marketing efforts, including online campaigns, social media engagement, email marketing, and content strategy to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
    • Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis.
    • Ensure the Sales team meets monthly and quarterly revenue targets through effective planning and follow-up.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Service Lead to enhance client experience and retention.
    • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
    • Develop and track sales and marketing KPIs, preparing reports and insights for management review.
