Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help source and bring in new clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and secure new clients for our design services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
• Negotiate and close deals that align with our agency’s goals.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and client needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within a creative or design agency.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Strong network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
