As a Business Development Lead at Talentsquare, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the human capital and workforce development sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Prospect for new clients, identify target markets, and develop effective sales strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Talentsquare's solutions.
Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that address client needs and drive business growth.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the human capital or workforce development industry.
A legal background would be a significant advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
