Business Development Lead at Fadac Resources

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to drive the adoption of our cooperative society management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads from cooperative societies, thrift societies, credit unions, unions, and related organisations.
• Identify and engage decision-makers and conduct product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Work with product, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Track sales activities and provide market feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, SaaS, or Software Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting/cooperative financial operations is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, target-driven, and willing to travel occasionally.
• Experience selling to cooperative societies, financial institutions, unions, or similar organisations is an added advantage.
