Serving as a pivotal link between senders and logistics providers, the platform boasts a substantial user base throughout Nigeria.
Within the platform, users have access to a rich array of user-friendly features, such as real-time tracking, in-app messaging, and effortless connections with local logistics providers.
These combined features significantly enhance the overall efficiency and swiftness of the delivery process, delivering mutual benefits to both senders and providers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve Dillivry growth objectives.
Identify and target potential business partners, customers, and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Track and report on business development KPIs and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 4 years' proven track record of successful business development in the logistics service or tech-powered logistics service firm.
Strong network of industry contacts and potential partners.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part Of a team.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Knowledge Of logistics and supply chain management is a plus proficiency in using CRM software and Other sales tools.
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, especially tech-powered logistics services and logistics service/supply chain.
