Summary

          We are looking to employ goal-driven and experienced Business Development Executives to identify and develop growth strategies and for the management and delivery of priorities for the assigned target market. Building a strong relationship with new clients while maintaining existing relationships.

Job description

• Developing growth strategies and plans.
• Engaging with executives to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Creating and improving proposals for our existing and new clients.
• Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Strong business acumen
• Top-notch analytical skills and must have an eye for details.
