    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • Youverify is looking for an experienced, resourceful, no-stories, customer-obsessed, figures-driven, outright salesperson as Business Development Executive (BDE).
    • The ideal candidates should have strong sales pedigree, strong communication, attention to details, gargantuan interpersonal and leadership skills as well as the ability to manage and engage clients in an evolving industry landscape
    • The BDE will report directly to the Sales Managers.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
    • Work with team members to identify and manage risks.
    • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
    • Research and identify new market opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential customers.
    • Foster a collaborative environment within the organisation.

    Requirements / Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree is required.
    • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
    • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technology or background
    • screening sales roles.
    • Strong business and analytical acumen; strong problem-solving skills
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
    • Existing network of contacts/leads to open doors in at least one major industry segment.
