    Business Development Executive

    Job Summary

    Business Development Executive Will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, help expand clientele, be at the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The BDE will work with team members to close new deals while expanding existing business opportunities in the organization.

    Job Role

    • Work with the Investment Lead to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective stakeholders
    • Promote Welcome2Africa International’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the all department within the organization
    • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
    • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
    • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients and profitable to the organization.
    • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
    • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
    • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
    • Any other tasks assigned by my supervisor.

    Academic Qualification

    • Minimum requirement of BSC/HND in Business management, Marketing and any relevant field

    Skills

    • Proven working experience as a business development Executive, sales executive or a relevant role
    • Proven sales track record
    • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
    • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
    • Professional yet affable disposition.
    • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
    • Great networking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
    • Emboldened by challenges.
    • Ability to build rapport
    • Market knowledge
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Time management and planning skills

    Experience

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Similar role.
