    Business Development Executive

    Our client in the Oil & Gas industry requires a Business Development Executive to join their team.

    Summary:

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of accomplishment of successful business development preferably within the oil and gas sector.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends within the oil and gas industry.
    • Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to develop effective business strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in the oil and gas sector.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and business negotiations.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and contract acquisitions.
    • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by effectively promoting company products and services.
    • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives and growth targets.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development from a similar industry
    • In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
