    Business Development Executive

    • We are looking for skilled, passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team. If this is you, we cannot wait to meet you.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Actively generate leads, manage prospects and acquire clients
    • Drive sale of company's properties
    • Meet or exceed sales targets
    • Oversee the promotion of company's properties on advertisement media and listing services.
    • Meet with clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the company's properties and services
    • Set up meetings with potential clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
    • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, offer of sale letters and lease contracts.
    • Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties on the housing market.
    • Monitor the property market to identify clients looking to purchase or sell a property and convince them to secure a brokering deal.
    • Manage client database; both hard and soft copy

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelors’ degree in any field of study.
    • Proven experience working in a sales or business development role in the Real Estate industry for a minimum of 2-3 years.
    • Exceptional command of English language (verbal and written), ability to speak any indigenous language (i.e. Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba etc.) is a plus.
    • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
    • Strong sales acumen. Presentable and trustworthy
    • Ability to innovate problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose tailored marketing-based solutions for clients
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Strong sales performance track record
    • Great organization and planning skills
    • Result oriented and self motivated
    • Ability to drive and a valid driver’s license is a plus
    • Must be resident in Abuja-FCT
