    Business Development Executive - Sales

    Job Summary

    • As the BDE - Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and establish our firm as a leader in digital transformation.
    • You will work closely with consultants to provide value-driven solutions to clients, ensuring the firm consistently exceeds market expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
    • Identify and penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring efficient deal closures.
    • Foster strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities and revenue streams.
    • Manage key client engagements, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term business relationships.
    • Negotiate and close high-value contracts while aligning solutions with client needs.
    • Oversee customer engagement efforts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Work closely with consultants and technical teams to deliver optimal digital transformation solutions to clients.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop sales strategies.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Technology/ERP solutions and digital transformation sales.
    • Strong Technology Sales skills with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
