Business Development Executive at Raadaa

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new users, merchants, and partners in your assigned region
• Promote product awareness and adoption through community outreach and local engagement
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Represent the company at local events, meetings, and networking opportunities
• Gather and relay market feedback to inform product development and strategy
• Provide weekly reports on activities, leads, and outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any field)
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Knowledge of the fintech or digital payments industry is an advantage
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
