The Role

• As a Business Development Executive at Oorla Tutors, you will be the driving force behind forging new partnerships and strengthening our network with local schools.
• Your role will be pivotal in increasing our visibility within the educational sector and introducing our specialised tutoring services to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions within the designated area.
• Present Oorla Tutors’ programs and services to school administrators, teachers, and parent associations with the aim of establishing partnerships.
• Develop bespoke proposals that align with the needs of each school and its student base.
• Organise and attend meetings and networking events to promote Oorla Tutors’ offerings.
• Create and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to the management team.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing department to coordinate targeted campaigns for partnered schools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
