    Business Development Executive

    • As Business Development Executives, you will help grow NCDF Group’s business interests by leading client acquisition efforts, strengthening market presence, building commercial pipelines, supporting strategic partnerships, and ensuring that opportunities are translated into real business outcomes.
    • You will be expected to combine sales strength, commercial judgment, relationship management, and execution discipline.

    What You Will Be Responsible For

    • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities
    • Drive sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and institutional relationships
    • Lead client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into active engagement
    • Manage and grow client accounts with professionalism and consistency
    • Develop market-facing strategies that strengthen visibility and commercial traction
    • Support proposals, partnership conversations, and commercial negotiations
    • Meet defined targets and contribute to branch, unit, or platform performance
    • Represent NCDF Group with credibility across local and international markets
