    Business Development Executive

    Job Objective(s)

    • As an integral member of the sales team, you determine the best strategies to increase customer purchases.
    • Assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, oversee the activities of sales employees, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to upsell company services.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
    • Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
    • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs.
    • Informing management of possible service improvements and changes, to ensure that company services meet current market needs.
    • Liaise with clinical team members regarding customer requests or medical questions from customers.
    • Attend exhibitions and industry events to learn about new cutting-edge services and trends.
    • Creates leads for referrals and negotiate incentives.
    • Manage social media engagements.
    • Organize all public enlightenment projects and campaign.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 2 - 3 years work experience.

    Skills, Knowledge:

    • Proven sales track record.
    • Market knowledge.
    • Very good communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Customer service skills.

    Abilities:

    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Able to deal with varied tasks and to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
    • Able to work effectively and responsibly without close supervision.
    • Able to negotiate with all types of customers.
    • Capable of agile thinking to provide fast, accurate answers to questions.
    • Ability to manage partnership deals.
