Role Description

• The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ilorin, focused on driving growth and expanding Jomav Homes’ client base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• The role involves conducting market research, presenting real estate investment options, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.
• The Business Development Executive will also prepare sales proposals, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and contribute to strategic planning to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client relationship building.
