Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Ado Ekiti.
• The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients.
• Responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining communication with prospective and existing clients, and developing strategies to achieve organizational growth goals.
• The role requires strategic planning and active participation in client meetings and negotiations to ensure successful partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and generate successful business partnerships.
• Strong Business and Account Management experience with a focus on maintaining and fostering client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Ability to work independently, strategic thinking capabilities, and results-driven mindset.
• Experience in a similar role or the real estate sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
