Business Development Executive at CareOne Clinics

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to strengthen the clinic’s brand, increase patient engagement, and drive growth across our services. The ideal candidate will be the link between the facility\'s medical expertise and the community, ensuring more people know about, trust, and choose the hospital for their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated business growth strategies in collaboration with MD Operations and the Medical Director (Clinical).
• Identify and convert new revenue opportunities across corporate organizations, HMOs, and private clients.
• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, including onboarding, renewals, and pricing discussions with HMOs and corporate partners.
• Serve as the primary interface for HMO relationships, managing utilization reviews, performance discussions, dispute resolution, and service optimization.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and territory-wide client engagement to strengthen CareOne Clinic’s market position.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with individuals , corporates, and healthcare payers.
• Collaborate with clinical, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and targeted growth campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance, pipeline, and growth reports for executive leadership.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum of 2+ years Proven experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or healthcare/diagnostic marketing experience 
• Ability to use microsoft office, canva and other Digital / E marketing tools such as various social media platforms, Google Ads, email marketing, will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience interfacing with HMOs is mandatory
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Must currently reside on Lagos Island (this is a key selection criterion)
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories as required
