The Business Development Executive will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Buckler Systems. The role demands strategic planning, market analysis, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to enhance business development efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and ensure project delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and business reports to management.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other agreements with clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and with at least 2 years proven track record in the automobile or armouring manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret market data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
