Job Description

• The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales, executing marketing activities, generating qualified leads, and promoting Blue Earth Properties’ products across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and generate qualified leads for investment and property sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, investment consultations, and site inspections.
• Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable investment and property options.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales updates.
• Represent the organization professionally at exhibitions, networking events, and business engagements.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through transaction completion.
• Handle objections and follow up until sales are closed.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Respond to inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
• Maintain timely and professional follow-up routines.
• Promote Blue Earth Properties through online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Provide weekly reports on clients’ feedback, market opportunities, and marketing performance.
• Suggest new marketing ideas to increase visibility and sales.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Follow up on documentation, payments, and other processes.
• Customer satisfaction and referral rate.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1 – 3 years of experience in real estate
• Strong selling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
