    Business Development Executive

    Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
    • Have a good understanding of the company's products and services and be able to give appropriate advice about them.
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and contacts.
    • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective and existing clients.
    • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
    • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
    • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
    • Develop a growth strategy that will focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 
    • Prepare sales contracts while ensuring adherence to laws, rules and guidelines.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
    • 3 - 5 years experience.
    • Experience in industrial sales is very important.
    • Proven sales track record.
    • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Salary
    N100,000 / monthly plus commission.
