Launch, manage and grow strategic partners to align with and exceed Octamile's objectives and key metrics.
Model, track and analyse partnerships' key performance indicators to report the metrics ROI.
Support other sales agents for business development and partnership relationships.
Monitor business relationships using set performance evaluation metrics and reports for performance of the partnership.
Participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing teams to provide customer feedback of the product and brainstorm product solutions.
Leverage your people skills to represent Octamile as a thought-leader at events and conferences, and build relationships with prospects, partners and industry stakeholders.
About You:
4+ years of work experience in sales /business development
Knowledge of the Automotive industry
Experience in driving insurance sales & partnerships with Auto industry service providers is a plus.
Must be a great communicator, that inspires action and loyalty.
A good understanding and interest in Insurance and sales.
Must have demonstrated success in previous business development and partnerships initiatives focused on growing revenue.
Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, and understands the language of incumbents.
Track record of delivering mutually successful business outcomes
Ability to own OKRs, and enjoy pioneering new approaches while also being result-driven.
