We are seeking a dynamic API Business Development Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our API offering by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring that our API solutions meet the needs of our clients.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our ecosystem and enhancing the overall user experience.
What you will be doing
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to API integration in the crypto space.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, including fintech companies, developers, and businesses looking to integrate our API solutions.
API Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute a comprehensive API strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
Technical Support: Work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure that our APIs are user-friendly, secure, and meet industry standards.
Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing them with the necessary resources, training, and information about API capabilities and benefits.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback to improve our API offerings and customer support.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of API integrations and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
Strong understanding of APIs and their role in the tech ecosystem.
Proven track record of building and managing partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is a plus.
