Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, generating and nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships.
• The role also entails conducting market research, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Expertise in Business strategies and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Sales-driven, results-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the oil & gas or engineering sectors is an added advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
