The Channel Management Executive/Agent is responsible for implementing the channel strategy that aligns with overall business goals within a given Territory.
Job Details
Implement the channel plans in line with the overall business goals and Territory market dynamics.
Drive the effectiveness of each channel in achieving sales targets and market penetration, with a focus on quarterly performance metrics.
Track the rate at which new channels are onboarded to expand market reach. Recruit, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners to maximize coverage and sales performance.
Implement plans and actions to measure the percentage increase in channel coverage or the number of active channel partners in assigned territory.
Optimize the efficiency of partner onboarding procedures to ensure seamless and timely integration of new partners.
Monitor partner engagement levels and evaluate partner satisfaction to strengthen alliances and collaboration.
implement strategies to measure the percentage of revenue generated by partners within the network
Gather market information and intelligence analysis to assess competitor activities and plans to identify and evaluate market gaps and opportunities for operational positioning.
Drive in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness of customer segmentation in targeting specific customer groups and provide recommendations and insights to optimize customer targeting approaches and drive sales growth.
Ensure utilization of new technologies/systems to drive successful adoption
Drive the effectiveness of integrating new technologies with existing systems to ensure successful technology adoption
Conduct physical visits to key customers as identified
Conduct visits for relationship management and operational discussions.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to enhance the overall customer experience and boost satisfaction, while maintaining a focus on achieving prompt resolution and addressing any underlying issues
Resolve customer claims by conducting thorough investigations for correctness and validity, while measuring the average time taken to achieve prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
Any experience in Oil & Gas will be added requirement
Relevant professional certification in Business Administration or NIM, NIMN
A Postgraduate degree or relevant certifications in channel management or sales would be an asset
Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in relevant field
