Business Development Associates at Flexi Microfinance Bank (Flexi MFB)

The BD Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding business owners (merchants) to use Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution. This is a field-based role that requires daily engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
• Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT)
• Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Must be comfortable living in any of the states where vacancy is available as stated in the advert.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven
