Business Development Associate at Octamile

About Your Role:

• Contribute to business development efforts to position Octamile as Africa's leading digital insurance solutions and product company for insurers and non-insurance businesses.
• Find, create and close new business opportunities with new clients (predominantly from impressive existing pipeline and marketing initiatives)
• Sell Insurance solutions to corporate and individual clients.
• Develop your own network of Insurance agents which form your own team
• Make physical / telephone calls / e-mails to clients for customer interactions

About You:

• 3+ years of work experience in sales /business development/partnerships.
• Understanding and interest in Insurance
• A driven sales approach that ensures targets are met
• Demonstrate business planning skills to achieve visitation and Sales targets
• Must have demonstrated success in business development and partnerships initiatives focused on growing revenue.
• Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, and understands the language of incumbents.
• Strong computer skills - Excel, Powerpoint, Word
