Jocam Nigeria Limited is seeking a Business Development Associate with an engineering background and a passion for driving growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and translating technical knowledge into strategic value.
You’ll work closely with the sales, engineering, and management teams to expand our footprint, especially across the Lagos business hub.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand client needs and communicate how our technical solutions address them
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and presentations
Conduct market research to support strategic planning and positioning
Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
2–3 years proven experience
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and explain technical solutions in a business context
Must reside in Lagos, with easy access to the Island
