    Business Development Associate

    We're looking for a Business Development Associate who will support our growth efforts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

    Here are some things you'll do on the job:

    • Develop and manage Advancly’s strategic partnerships with new and existing clients to achieve revenue targets.
    • Expand our service offerings into solutions that cater to specific needs including working capital, asset financing or lending to niche industries.
    • Sustain customer delight by exceeding expectations across the partnership lifecycle while building the Company’s customer lending portfolio.
    • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.
    • Be the first point of contact for evaluating the credit worthiness of all loan applications.
    • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.
    • Work closely with internal business partners to provide the best customer experience and utilization of products and solutions under Advancly.
    • Develop and prepare standard proposals and presentations on Advancly’s services that will be pitched to potential aggregators and Investors.
    • Maintain high level integrity and ethical standards.

    You'll be a great fit for this role if you:

    • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field a master's degree is an advantage.
    • Have a minimum of 3+ relevant years of experience in Banking (MFB or Digital Bank preferable).
    • Have proven Business Development, Partnership Acquisition or Marketing experience.
    • Have experience in Business Valuation and Risk Management
    • Are a people-person with strong customer service and sales skills which will come in handy for generating leads.
    • Think on your feet and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Aren't afraid to take point on tasks and have exceptional leadership and management skills.
    • Are able to communicate effectively and always ready to negotiate in the interest of the business.
    • Are an avid learner with a strong business acumen
    • Have an eye for details and a way with words.
