JobDescription
You will work closely with internal teams to identify and develop new business opportunities, support strategic partnerships, contribute to proposal development, and help expand NerdzFactory’s footprint across the public, private, and development sectors.
The role also supports the delivery of HR and recruitment services to businesses and SMEs and requires strong relationship-building, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
This position offers hands-on exposure to business development across multiple impact-driven initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders while contributing directly to the organization’s growth and sustainability.
