Role Overview:

• As the Business Development and Partnership Associate, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for supporting the identification of new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business operations lead in formulating and executing strategic plans aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Work closely with various team leads, providing support and insights to facilitate successful business development activities.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for exploration.
• Support the implementation of effective strategies aimed at expanding the business and penetrating new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team on building and writing strategic proposals.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities, key performance indicators, and market trends to contribute valuable insights for decision-making.
• Work closely with all team leads to ensure seamless execution of projects aligned with business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive proposals for new projects and initiatives, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with the program’s team to support the successful implementation of various projects and activities.
• Collaborate with programs team to ensure successful program deliverables
• Collaborate with the placement team to lead our efforts in selling HR and recruitment services to businesses and SMEs, partnering with employers and creating opportunities for job placements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business development role, demonstrating skills in strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
