The Business Development Analyst role, will required an experience talent within the Capital Market. The primary responsibilities include maintaining business relationships and handling the growth and success of a business, reporting all the details of the company back to your supervisor

Job Details

• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and their executives across our asset classes to understand their financial needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing proactive financial advice.
• Manage diversified investment portfolios for corporate clients based on their risk tolerance and financial objectives.
• Ability to talk in detail your knowledge of the current market for Equities.
• Track revenue generation to facilitate the achievement of the Group’s budget.
• Coordinate all business development initiatives for the Group.
• Generate new order flow in the secondary and primary markets – on existing Norren deals and help generate potential blocks with client order flow
• Prepare and deliver presentations/seminars to clients and prospects for business development purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or industry-relevant equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Relationship Management or Customer Experience role or, with a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals in the financial industry.
