    Business Development Analyst

    Role Brief:

    • As a Business Development Analyst, you will work closely with the management team.
    • Your primary assignment will be to generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing and forecasting sales revenue for our new high powered inverter system - Power AC.

    What you can expect to be doing:

    • Responsible for pre-sales and after sales operations, including sales lead generation, process documentation, delivery coordination and market intelligence gathering. Track records, orders, process paperwork and maintain the customer data base.
    • Follow up and conversion of sales leads from referrals, online marketing, and other channels. Effective management of the sales funnel.
    • Work with and support the execution of the sales strategy in collaboration with the Retail Supervisors, RAMs, SMs, Customer Care and Marketing
    • Assist in new customer acquisition across all shops for Power AC
    • Power AC Portfolio management – close monitoring of customers’ Instalment payment, immediate escalation and follow up of defaulters/late payments. Ensuring the Power AC portfolio is healthy.
    • Provide clerical and organizational support to Line Manager.
    • Managing the schedule of technicians and motivating them to deliver excellent service.
    • Ensuring Products are delivered on-time to customers.
    • In charge of responding to client inquiries about technical concerns and reporting them to the line manager.
    • Responsible for technicians’ performance.
    • Organizing the technicians' schedules and inspiring them to do more, monitoring their performance against objectives and take necessary actions
    • Engaging Power AC reps who are excellent sellers and advocates.

    What we are looking for:

    • University degree in Project Management or related field.
    • At least 5 years in a Business Development Position or a related field.
    • Experience in business analysis or a related role.
    • Marketing skills

    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    • Excellent external and internal communication skills.
    • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
    • Teamwork and leadership skills
    • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Vision
    • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
