Business Cooperation Manager at Fezotech Financial Services

Job Duties

• Responsible for establishing good cooperative relationships with financial institutions such as banks, asset management companies, insurance companies, funds, etc., and exploring cooperation points in depth.
• Integrate resources from various financial institutions, based on the company's own qualifications and asset status, formulate cooperation models and design financing transaction structures, and implement financing projects such as industry deposits, bond issuance, joint loans, asset securitization, direct loans, etc.
• Negotiate and sign business contracts, strive for reasonable capital costs and financing efficiency, and coordinate and promote the progress of the cooperation project between both parties.
• Properly maintain cooperative relationships with various institutions, continuously follow up on company and industry trends, and innovate business opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above, majoring in Finance, Investment, Economics, Finance and Economics.
• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in banks, securities investment banks, and large enterprise financing departments, familiar with various financing tools;
• Have project experience leading large-scale project financing, understand the departmental structure and internal workflow of banking financial institutions, have certain network resources, and have experience in joint loan co lending projects is preferred;
• Based on rich financial experience, be able to innovate business, integrate various financial instruments, and innovate financing models that are suitable for market and compliance needs;
• Strong awareness of expanding sales, able to independently expand various financial resources and maintain good cooperative relationships, explore and expand new cooperation channels for the company, and facilitate the implementation of cooperation;
• Having abundant banking and regulatory resources, able to quickly explore suitable funding channels through existing relationship networks;
